Our tree had not been professionally done in over 20 years. It was a Bradford pear that looked like more a wild oak. They showed up on time, was done in an hour or so and cleaned up like nothing had even been trimmed. The best our tree has ever looked. It was way too overgrown to get a Bradford pear shape yet, so I told them to take 10 feet off the top and five feet all the way around. Got just what we wanted
